It is the most commonly used software for drafting. Although we can also create 3D using Autocad, we only used it for 2D drafting because of the boring environment & complexity of Autocad.
b. 3D-Design & Modeling
Commonly used software for 3D designing & modeling are:
(i). Sketch Up:
It is very easy to use and can be mastered in a very short time.
It is commonly utilized when 3D-BIM is to be created.
There are many extensions available which make it more friendly.
In the case of 4D, 5D& 6D BIM; it is less suitable because it cannot be used in the calculation of material, time & cost.
(ii) Revit:
It is more complex than SketchUp to learn & use. It is full of many features like 3D-designing materials calculation and other different analyses.
So, it is suitable to use in 3D,4D,5D & 6D.

c. Rendering
Rendering is the process of making the 3D design looking realistic. Some rendering software that can be utilized are:

(iii) Twinmotion
Commonly Lumion is used because of the availability of huge resources like vehicles, furniture, colors, vegetation, etc.
d. Time Scheduling & Cost showing
a. Navisworks:
It is commonly utilized for time scheduling and cost shows.
b. Bexel Manager:
Combined used of other multiple software can also be done in place of Navisworks.

Bexel Manager has commonly utilized construction planning & management software.
